I spotted these during a Superdrug online haul and couldn't decide which colour best suited me so I bought both Medium and Dark. I've always been quite wary of liquid, cream or gel eyebrow products as I was always worried they would make my eyebrows look flat and drawn on. I am glad I finally gave something like this a go because, at £3.00 each, I knew it wouldn't be a major catastrophe if they didn't suit me!

Makeup Revolution Ultra Aqua Brow Tint in MEDIUM

The first impression I got from the medium brow tint was that it looked very red on my eyebrows. The product was easy to apply with an angled eyebrow brush and sheered out very well, but this colour is a huge no-no for me. This might look good on someone with very warm toned or red hair if applied over an appropriately coloured brow pencil.

The dark brow tint might scare many people if judging by the tube colour only. It looks black and, as you can see from the swatch above, comes out as extremely dark brown-black on the skin. I used a very tiny amount on my eyebrows and I actually really like the colour. It suits my very dark brown hair and looks really neat applied over my Anastasia Brow Wiz in Ebony.

The colour stayed on all day and didn't budge which is a good sign. I find these very quick to apply with an eyebrow brush and easy to fix any smudges or mistakes. At £3.00 each, I would recommend the dark tint for very dark hair, and the medium for people with moderately full/thick eyebrows already, as the colour can appear very red on the skin.
